OUR MINISTRIES
Through these ministries we hope to connect, encourage, uplift and grow the community of faith at OBCC.
Kids Connection
We value kids. Our goal is to create a generation of Christ centered kids so we make it a priority use every opportunity to raise up our children in the way of our Lord Jesus Christ. Kids learn about Jesus through interactive Bible lessons that include Bible based lessons, uplifting and fun songs and group skits.
Men's
The men’s ministry is designed for men to grow as disciples of Christ and be Christ-like examples at home, work and in the community. The men’s group meet for fellowship activities, work projects and community based services.
Prayer
The prayer ministry at OBCC is designed to uplift, encourage and support one another’s needs. Through multiple mediums prayer concerns are shared with prayer partners and prayer warriors within our congregation. No prayer request is too big or too small, but every prayer concern is always confidential.
CONVERGENCE Youth
Convergence is committed to teaching and training youth. Our purpose is to bring youth from different backgrounds & different life situations - together to know, love and serve the Lord. The youth group gathers weekly on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm for THE PLACE - worship, prayer, fun, discipleship and fellowship. We serve 6th - 12th grade students. See at THE PLACE!
Women's
The women’s ministry is designed to help women in different stages of life connect with one another for the purposes of spiritual formation, encouraging relationships and community service. The mission of Christian Womens Connection is to serve Christ through serving women and equipping them for ministry.
Music
Bringing honor and glory to God is what it's all about. Our music ministry seeks to use the talents and gifting of the saints to make a joyful noise to the Lord. You'll find them each week, on stage, lighting a passion for worship and leading OBCC in corporate songs of praise & adoration.
